Who we are
Altos Digital works to turn shared values into collective power. We bring together cross-border expertise and knowledge to help shape progressive campaigns that reflect each movement’s unique combination of supporters, context and ambitions.
What we believe in
Nothing can be built for people without people. We strive to foster communities that connect people and empower them to shape their future together.
We believe in a Europe where progressive campaigns are rooted in active communities, and where people too often left on the sidelines can shape the decisions that affect their lives.
We believe that change happens when people participate in ways that are meaningful, practical and lasting.
What we offer
We pair digital tools and data with organizing in communities, so that campaigns can provide supporters with clear paths to engage.
We support progressive movements to build stronger campaigns with greater reach and mobilizing power. We do this by combining organizing strategy, training, communications and digital tools that allow people to volunteer, give, connect, advocate and participate.
We listen closely, build partnerships and trust, and constantly put our ideas and assumptions to the test.
Work with us
We’re looking for creative, committed people who share our values and want to join forces to build exciting campaigns for real change.
